Do you have a need for a custom cutting machine or do you need an outside service to cut materials?? We can custom cut shapes out of a many different types of materials! No more die costs! Dies can cost up to $1000, and time to build. We can cut everything from synthetic fabrics, such as kevlar to the most modern laminates, polystyrene sheets, Coroplast, foam, rubber, polyurethane, polycarbonate boards, gaterfoam, leather, non-woven, paper, cardboard, and PVC.

Cutting Specialists can provide custom CNC cutting machines or provide a cutting service that includes drilling, punching, and we can also mark(ink jet) part numbers on your cut parts. Our cutting bed can accommodate materials up 8’ x 30’ long. Sheets up to 2” thick. We can offer quick turn around, tight tolerances, and low set up fees!

Wholesale CNC fees, and cutting:

For most quotes, we will need the artwork either provided by the customer or we can use your fax and do the layout ourselves in most cases. We can accept files in a variety of autocadformats: dxf, dwg, and adobe formats. The fee for us to create the artwork is based on $45/hr design time, and will be billed based on actual (not estimated). Jobs processed on the cutter will incur a $35. setup charge for creating the tooling, and routing path. Actual table time on the cutter will be estimated and billed based on a shop rate of $90/hr. Minimum charge of ¼ hour or $22.50.
